What is Selling on CarbonBlack.com.au?

How do I get paid?

CarbonBlack settles your account 14 days after you register. The settlement process repeats every 14 days. It takes approximately 5 business days from the settlement until money is available in your bank account. For a settlement to take place, you must provide valid information in to CarbonBlack for your Australian bank account.

 

How do I upload my product information?

CarbonBlack will provide instructions on how to provide product information for upload.

 

What is the customer warranty program?

If a customer either never received a product or received a product that is materially different from what was ordered or expected, we ask customers to first contact the seller. If the seller fails to resolve the problem, the customer can file an claim. When CarbonBlack receives the claim, we send the seller an automated email detailing the claim which requests a response with basic information about the order and the fulfillment process. CarbonBlackwill then determine how the claim will be settled which may include reimbursement of the order to the customer, at the seller's expense.
